Femmes br@nchées #42 : SCHOOL'S OUT!

(Featured works from Studio XX's Intensive Workshops of year 01-02). Date: Tuesday, May 28, 5- 7 p.m.
Location: Studio XX, 338, Terrasse Saint-Denis (between Sherbrooke and Ontario, metro Sherbrooke or Berri-UQAM)
Admission: Free for members, $3 for the public.
Local writer/performer artist D. Kimm, and XX's own webmistress Stéphanie Lagueux will present pieces from the workshop Fictions Interactives, uniting writers Nathalie Dion, Chantal Dumas, Pascale Durand, Wing Hum, Suzanne Marcil, France Pepin, Marleen Provençal et Judith Vienneau -- with their first web experience.
Sound artist Andrea Holtsander will explain the process of the Protools Intensive Workshop. Participants of the course will play their audio works-in-progress, including notable members such as performance artist Alexis O'hara, choreographer Martha Carter, Joanne Balcaen of Articule Gallery, Jacki Danylchuk and Giovanna Nicolo.
