NOTICE TO ATTEND: Studio XX’s Annual General Assembly

Studio XX will hold its Annual General Assembly (AGA) on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 6:30 PM, in its offices at 4001 Berri, Suite 201, Montreal.

On the agenda will be an overview of the past year’s activities as well as upcoming initiatives for 2009-2010. Financial statements for 2008-2009 and the proposed budget for 2009-2010 will also be presented.

The AGA is an unparalleled opportunity to share your ideas with the XX team and members and to guide the direction of the dynamic year ahead.

At this year’s general assembly, three seats on the Board of Directors will be up for election. We warmly invite members wishing to nominate themselves or someone else to send a note expressing their interest in candidacy along with a short biographical paragraph to info(at)studioxx(dot)org by October 5.

The Studio XX Board of Directors provides the organization with leadership, guidance, valuable skills and knowledge of the issues that matter to its members. Current board members are listed on the Studio XX website.

Please note that only Studio XX members will be eligible to vote at the assembly, or to hold a seat on the Board of Directors. Membership renewal forms will be available at the AGA for those members wishing to renew or re-activate their status, and is also offered online: http://www.studioxx.org/en/membership
